Tim Danker | Chief Executive Officer
Timothy “Tim” Danker has served as CEO of SelectQuote since 2017. He has also served as President of the Life division from 2016-2019, Executive Vice President of the Life division from 2015-2016 and President of the Auto & Home division from 2012-2015. Prior to joining SelectQuote, he co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Spring Venture Group—a direct-to-consumer insurance brokerage—from 2007-2012. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and his M.B.A. from the University of Kansas.
Raffaele Sadun | Chief Financial Officer
Raffaele “Raff” Sadun has served as CFO of SelectQuote since 2017. Before coming to SelectQuote, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Mutual Fund Store for two years until its sale to Financial Engines, one of the largest independent registered investment advisors in the U.S. Sadun then served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Financial Engines from 2016-2017. Prior to that, he served as the CFO of Adknowledge—one of the largest digital advertising companies in the nation—from 2012-2014 and as the CFO of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from 2010-2011. He is an honors graduate in Management of The London School of Economics.
William Grant III | Chief Operating Officer
William “Bill” Grant III has served as the COO of SelectQuote since 2019, previously serving Chief Marketing Officer of the company and President of the Senior division from 2017-2019. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Senior division for five years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.
Robert Grant | President, Senior Division
Robert “Bob” Grant has served as President of SelectQuote’s Senior division since 2019 and served as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer from 2017-2019. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales of the Life division from 2016-2017 and as the Director of Sales and Operations for the Senior division from 2013-2016. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.
Matthew Gunter | President, Auto & Home Division
Matthew Gunter has served as President of SelectQuote’s Auto & Home division since 2016. Prior to joining SelectQuote, he served as the Vice President of National Retail Channels for Sprint Nextel Corporation from 2013-2016 and held a variety of leadership roles within the finance and marketing divisions from 2003-2013. Before joining Sprint, he worked as a business consultant for Bain & Company and Arthur Andersen. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Paul Gregory | Executive Vice President, Life Division
Paul Gregory has served as the Executive Vice President of the Life division since 2019. He previously served as SelectQuote’s Senior Vice President of IT, Data Science and Recruiting and as the Vice President of Sales and Operations of the Senior division. Prior to joining SelectQuote, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Corvisa—a provider of cloud-based communication solutions—from 2012-2016. He serves on the Board of Directors of System Target, which provides consulting services with respect to cloud, IT and communications services. He earned both his undergraduate degree and M.B.A. from the University of Kansas.
Al Boulware | General Counsel and Secretary
Daniel “Al” Boulware has served as SelectQuote’s General Counsel and Secretary since 2019. He previously served as the Vice President and General Counsel for SS&C Health, the healthcare segment of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. Prior to that, he served as a Shareholder of Polsinelli, P.C. from 2012-2013 and as an associate of that law firm from 2002-2012. He earned his undergraduate degree, J.D. and M.B.A from the University of Kansas.
Floyd May III | Chief Information Officer
Floyd joined SelectQuote in 2019, coming from the United States Government where he served in a variety of operations leadership roles at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). His last role at HUD was as Director of Operations in the Office of Public and Indian Housing, where he was responsible for financial, human capital and technology management for 46 field offices nationwide. While at HUD, Floyd successfully led a large-scale IT modernization initiative for the $24B Public Housing program. He has significant experience in IT Value Assurance, using enterprise risk management to ensure technological resources are aligned to enable business success. Floyd is an honors graduate in Marketing from the Howard University School of Business.
