Tim Danker | Chief Executive Officer

Timothy “Tim” Danker has served as CEO of SelectQuote since 2017. He has also served as President of the Life division from 2016-2019, Executive Vice President of the Life division from 2015-2016 and President of the Auto & Home division from 2012-2015. Prior to joining SelectQuote, he co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Spring Venture Group—a direct-to-consumer insurance brokerage—from 2007-2012. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and his M.B.A. from the University of Kansas.

Al Boulware | General Counsel and Secretary

Daniel “Al” Boulware has served as SelectQuote’s General Counsel and Secretary since 2019. He previously served as the Vice President and General Counsel for SS&C Health, the healthcare segment of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. Prior to that, he served as a Shareholder of Polsinelli, P.C. from 2012-2013 and as an associate of that law firm from 2002-2012. He earned his undergraduate degree, J.D. and M.B.A from the University of Kansas.

Jamie Ragsdale | Chief People Officer

Jamie Ragsdale joined SelectQuote in November 2021. In her role as Chief People Officer, she oversees the multiple functions of the People team, investing in the SelectQuote associates. Before coming to SelectQuote, Jamie’s leadership in Human Resources spanned multiple industries including healthcare, banking, education, and manufacturing. Jamie attended the University of Oklahoma and earned her Bachelors in Business Administration, Management, and Human Resources from the University of Texas.

Matthew Gunter | Chief Communications Officer & Investor Relations

Matt Gunter served as President of SelectQuote’s Auto & Home division from 2016-2020 before transitioning into the role of Chief Communications Officer & Investor Relations. Prior to joining SelectQuote, he served as the Vice President of National Retail Channels for Sprint Corporation from 2013-2016 and held a variety of leadership roles within the finance and marketing divisions from 2003-2013. Before joining Sprint, he worked as a business consultant for Bain & Company and Arthur Andersen. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Bob Grant | President of SelectQuote

Robert “Bob” Grant served as President of SelectQuote’s Senior division from 2019-2021 before transitioning into the role of President of SelectQuote. Bob served as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer from 2017-2019, and prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales of the Life division from 2016-2017 and as the Director of Sales and Operations for the Senior division from 2013-2016. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.

Ryan Clement | Chief Financial Officer

Ryan Clement joined SelectQuote in January of 2022. Prior to SelectQuote, Ryan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sifted (formerly VeriShip), a SaaS based logistics software company helping B2B and D2C businesses optimize their parcel shipping. Prior to Sifted, Ryan spent seven years at Edelman Financial Engines, one of the nation’s largest Registered Investment Advisory firms, and served in various senior level Finance and Operational roles. Ryan earned his undergraduate and MBA from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

William Grant III | Chief Operating Officer

William “Bill” Grant III has served as the COO of SelectQuote since 2019, previously serving as Chief Marketing Officer of the company and President of the Senior division from 2017-2019. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Senior division for five years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.

Josh Kopmeyer | Chief Revenue Officer

Josh Kopmeyer joined SelectQuote in 2017. Prior to his current role as Chief Revenue Officer, Josh held leadership roles focused on business development, product, and partnership management. Before joining SelectQuote, he had a variety of business-to-business responsibilities in the healthcare and insurance industries. Josh received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his MBA from Rockhurst University.

Stephanie Fisher | Chief Accounting Officer

Stephanie Fisher has served as SelectQuote’s Chief Accounting Officer since August 2020. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Chief Financial Officer of YRC Worldwide, Inc. (now Yellow Corporation), a North American less-than-truckload transportation company, where she led a strategic transformation of the company’s finance and operations functions. Before her appointment as CFO in 2017, Stephanie spent over a decade in other senior-level accounting positions at YRC, including Vice President & Controller and Director of Financial Reporting. She began her career in the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP after earning her B.S. in Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from Kansas State University.

Ryan Souan | Chief Marketing Officer

Ryan Souan joined SelectQuote in 2017 and currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this role, Ryan served as the Executive Vice President of the SelectQuote Auto and Home division and SelectQuote Life division. He has also served as the Vice President, Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of Marketing for SelectQuote. Before joining SelectQuote, he held a variety of leadership positions for Sprint Corporation, including his last role there as Director of Acquisition Marketing. Prior to Sprint, Ryan also worked as a business consultant for Accenture. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Trevor Nohe | Chief Business Officer

Trevor Nohe has served as the Chief Business Officer at SelectQuote since 2022, following his time as the Executive Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining SelectQuote in 2020, Trevor served a five-year tenure as the CEO of Inside Response. He also served as the CEO of Inside Academics, where he held roles as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting and a private equity investor at Five Elms Capital. Trevor earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kansas.
