Erica joined SelectQuote in 2012 as a licensed sales agent. A consistent top-level agent, Erica moved on to be recognized as Manager of the Year three times in her tenure. Now in the role of Sales Director, Erica helps shape the direction and growth of the Auto and Home Division at SelectQuote, leveraging her more than 20 years of insurance industry experience. Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, San Marcos, and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.

With 17 years of insurance industry experience, Henry has worked in sales, underwriting and claims, joining SelectQuote in 2020 as Director of Product Management with the responsibility of managing carrier relationships and book health. Henry has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and has completed his Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associate in Claims (AIC).
