With 40 years of underwriting expertise, Carl has industry designations from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA) in Fellow, Life Management Institute (FMLI), the Associate Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS). Carl joined SelectQuote in 2015 with skills ranging from insurance regulation, claims, management, to training underwriters and agents. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Michigan University and a Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University.

With 25 years of sales experience in three industries, his previous roles include Account Manager, Transaction Coach, Performance Development Team Manager and Regional Coaching Manager. Accolades Charles has received include Assistant Sales Manager of The Year in 2014, Rookie of the Year at Chase Home Finance in 2004 and Top Recovery Producer in Asset Recovery for Midland Credit Management in 2001.

Now in the role of Sales Director, Greg helps shape the direction and growth of the Life Division. He has earned Assistant Sales Manager of the Year and Manager of the Year awards on multiple occasions.

Heather McFadden

Heather has been a driving force behind the sales department in many different capacities since starting with SelectQuote in 1994. From Sales Agent to Team Leader, Sales Manager to her current position of Coaching Manager, Heather helps her team offer best-in-class service to SelectQuote customers. Prior to SelectQuote, she worked at Prudential.

Jenny Canas

Vice President of Product, Underwriting and Client Operations

Jenny has been with SelectQuote for 33 years and currently serves as the Vice President of Product and Underwriting. She is also responsible for managing the relationships with carriers. Jenny is a Life Insurance Direct Marketing Association board member and graduated from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California with a Bachelor of Science in Business.

John joined SelectQuote in 2009. He served as a Permanent Insurance specialist and a Sales Agent before taking the role of Sales Manager in 2020. John received his M.B.A from the University of North Florida.

Jon Reinemann

Kelly started as a Sale Agent with SelectQuote in 2000. She joined the management team in 2007, where her responsibilities ranged from building a new sales team to CRM creation and optimization. Currently a Sales Manager, Kelly holds a M.B.A from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Hong Kong Baptist College. She earned Chartered Financial Consultant® and Chartered Life Underwriter® designations from the American College.

Kenneth Frank Jr.

Before starting at SelectQuote as a Sales Agent in 2010, Ken owned and operated his insurance agency for approximately 10 years following a successful career in the U.S. Navy. He quickly moved into Assistant Sales Manager and coaching roles for new agents in and around Jacksonville, Florida. Since 2015, Ken has served as a Sales Manager.

Kristen has been with SelectQuote since 2014, starting as a Sales Agent. She worked hard to become adept in the position before transitioning to be the Sales Training Manager in 2020. To date, Kristen has trained 176 of SelectQuote’s new team members, teaching them the foundation and framework of being a successful agent.

Sara Meyer joined SelectQuote as an Account Manager in 2013. In addition to an extensive medical background serving in the U.S. Naval reserves, working in the ER and performing clinical research, Scott has over 20 years experience in life insurance, medical, and long-term care underwriting. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State in pre-medicine and marketing, as well as a law degree from Seton Hall, specializing in pharmaceutical and clinical research law.

Susan Aqui

Operations and Training Manager – Life

Susan has been with SelectQuote for just under 20 years. She started as Case Specialist Manager in 2002, where she aided in the training and development of three supervisors and over 50 Case Specialists. She moved into an Operations and Training role in 2020 and has since remotely trained over 30 Case Specialists. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Francisco State University in 1992.
