Jessica McCunniff
Regional Sales Manager – Senior
Jessica began her career with SelectQuote in 2017. Recognized for her leadership potential and strong performance, she became a trainer for the 2018 AEP training class, helping develop and mentor new agents entering the organization. In 2019, Jessica was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager and, just three months later, advanced to Sales Manager due to her impact on team performance and leadership capabilities. Since then, she has continued to grow within the organization and currently serves as a Regional Sales Manager, focusing on developing leaders, driving performance initiatives, and strengthening team culture across the region.
Chloe Haight
Sr. Manager Senior Sales Training – Senior
Chloe Haight is a sales and training leader at SelectQuote with deep experience developing and enabling agents at scale. She started as a top-performing sales agent in the 2018 AEP class and quickly moved into roles focused on coaching, training, and team performance.
Chloe has held several senior roles in training and development, including Seasonal Recruiter, AEP Trainer, Flex Assistant Sales Manager, and Lead Agent Development Specialist. Today, as Senior Manager of Training, she leads strategy and delivery for New Agent Training (NAT) and ongoing training development. Her focus includes curriculum and content development, trainer management, and practical sales strategies that support revenue growth and agent success.
Known for turning complex concepts into clear, actionable coaching, Chloe is committed to building high-performing teams and developing strong trainers and leaders.
Linet Gala
Bilingual Agent Development Specialist – Senior
Linet Gala joined SelectQuote in 2021 as a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist and transitioned into training during AEP 2021, building broad and deep expertise across agent development, Medicare operations, and bilingual enablement. In her current role on the Global Training Team, Linet supports agent readiness, large-scale training initiatives, and compliance-aligned scripting across the Senior division. Linet specializes in making complex operational and Medicare-related content clear, actionable, and accessible for both English- and Spanish-speaking agents. She has contributed to major AEP training efforts, bilingual resource development, and cross-functional script initiatives in partnership with training, strategy, operations, quality, and compliance teams. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Religious Studies from the University of South Florida.
Ted Steinmeyer
Sr. Manager of Agent Development – Senior
Ted Steinmeyer joined SelectQuote in 2014 as a Senior Sales Agent, where he quickly gained a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of Medicare. In 2016, he had the opportunity to share his knowledge with others and became a Senior Sales Trainer, helping develop new agents through a rigorous, thorough training program. Since then, Ted has progressed from trainer to Nesting Manager and is currently a Senior Manager of Agent Development. He works with multiple levels of the organization to deliver information to both internal and external clients, enabling them to team up and make informed decisions about the coverage that best meets their specific health and financial needs.
