What Can You Expect From A Life Insurance Medical Exam?

You may be thinking to yourself, Oh man, that sounds time consuming and possibly costly. You’re in luck, though, because the medical exam you need will only take about 15-20 minutes. The exam is conducted by a medical doctor or licensed paramedical and they will come to your home or office, whichever location is most convenient for you.   • Be ready to answer questions about any medical conditions you have, medications you currently take, or surgeries you’ve undergone

The time is takes for the results from the lab to be sent to the insurance company and for them to be carefully reviewed typically takes less than two weeks.
