Pruco Life is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Prudential Insurance Company of
America. In December 2001, Prudential converted from a mutual to a stock
company, and became an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential
Financial, Inc. (PFI). Pruco Life Insurance Company is licensed in 49 states,
the District of Columbia, Guam and Taiwan. Pruco Life is not
licensed in New York.
PFI owns one of the largest life insurance enterprises in the United States and
is one of the largest financial institutions in the world, with approximately
